Our story began in 1947 when Philadelphia lawyer Samuel Mink purchased seafood restaurant Kelly's on Mole Street. It was a Philly institution for several decades, serving seafood and raw oysters to a loyal business crowd. Then, in 1969, Samuel's son David took over the family business at age 22.
