Owners Brittanny Anderson, Kjell Anderson, Nathan Conway and Brad Hemp all followed different food paths to get to Metzger. Chef Brittanny Anderson was born in Richmond, but trained in New York at Blue Hill Stone Barns and Northern Spy Food Co.
