I started in the restaurant business in 1979 at my father’s restaurant, Europe Restaurant and Lounge, in Massillon, Ohio. My family is originally from Macedonia in Europe, which is how we came up with our first trademark business name, Europe Gyro Pizza. The name eventually was modified to EuroGyro.
