One Michelin -starred Whitegrass Restaurant paves the way for Modern Australian fine dining in Asia.  Since the restaurant's opening at Chijmes in January 2016, Chef-Owner Sam Aisbett has been surprising palates with a Modern Australian menu that is not confined by trends or geographical boundaries. With an emphasis on using the best produce available, whether that be from Australia, Europe, Japan or locally grown, Whitegrass Restaurant aims to deliver a unique dining experience unlike any other in Singapore.
Within two years, Whitegrass has successfully positioned itself as a leading fine dining destination in the region, having been awarded Restaurant of the Year and receiving one Michelin Star in 2017. Adding to this in 2018, Whitegrass was added to Asias 50 Best restaurant list for the first time. 
With an ever evolving menu, Whitegrass prides itself on its creativity, elegance and sophistication.
