Shun's Kitchen At the heart and soul of Shun’s Kitchen is Shun Chen, the Executive Chef, and Owner. Shun’s passion for food and the culinary journey had started at an early age while growing up on the southeastern coast of China; his family owned and operated restaurants, which is where his passion and talents in the kitchen were first discovered and the seeds to become a Chef were planted.
Our Food Creations Chef Chen, studying at the Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts learning French Cuisine and graduated in 2014. Chef Chen traveled to Hunan China to China learn how to cook traditional Hunan Cuisine style of Chinese cooking and he created the mixed cultures of French cuisine and traditional Hunan styles.
