From the team behind the prominent Italian eateries Siena Tavern and Bar Siena, and the buzzing sports bar, Public House, is Prime & Provisions, a steakhouse concept positioned on the border of River North and Loop area. Located at 222 North LaSalle Street, at the intersection of LaSalle Street and Wacker Drive, the steakhouse strikes a balance between approachable comfort and innovative design/ Prime & Provisions takes inspiration from the supper clubs of the 1920’s giving the space a timeless feel that integrates the glamour of the era into a fresh and unique design.

DineAmic Group's owners Lucas Stoioff and David Rekhson set out to create a steakhouse that was different from all the rest. In doing so, their menu celebrates the simplicity of true steakhouse cuisine and prides itself on its' mission: to source the absolute best domestic beef available in the United States. Prime & Provisions' is the only steakhouse in Chicago to serve U.S.D.A. Prime Creekstone Farms 100% All Natural Black Angus Beef, humanely raised, with no hormones or antibiotics. To give Prime's all-natural beef a full robust flavor - otherwise often created by unnatural chemicals - all cuts are dry-aged in-house for 45 days and once cooked, are lightly finished with Wisconsin grass-fed butter. 
 
EXECUTIVE CHEF JOSEPH RIZZA
 
Behind the kitchen, at the hospitality group's steakhouse, Prime & Provisions is Executive Chef Joseph Rizza. The Chicago native and innovative chef bestows both his experience and expertise in the kitchen, offering guests quality USDA prime beef and other savory plates. Chef Rizza is no stranger to steakhouses. Previously serving as the Executive Chef at the opulent steakhouse, Chicago Cut, he cooked for prestigious politicians including Bill and Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, along with a multitude of celebrities. Under Chef Rizza's watch, Prime & Provisions has received accolades such as "Best places to dine in Chicago" from Michigan Avenue Magazine, "Best Steakhouse" from Chicago Magazine, and most recently "Top 10 Steakhouses in Chicago" from USA Today.
