À LA CARTE Upmarket yet relaxed, the lower level of Bennelong seats up to 100 diners and presents a menu based on Peter Gilmore’s vision of Australian cuisine. A two (lunch & pre-theatre) or three course à la carte menu is offered on this level with service starting early – catering to the pre-theatre dining crowd. Reservations essential.
