Adele's restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan, Jonathan Waxman and Howard Greenstone of the 1210 McGavock Street Hospitality Partners. The restaurant, named after Chef Waxman's late mother, features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, and chef's counter. The menu at Adele's focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner daily, lunch Friday and Saturdays and now offers a wonderful Sunday brunch buffet. Customized catering options are available as well.  Located in the Gulch, close to all the action Downtown!

Adele's was founded by Chef Jonathan Waxman, Ken Levitan, and Howard Greenstone in 2014. The restaurant, named after Chef Waxman's mother, has an 80-seat dining room, 35-seat private dining room, bar, and a large outdoor patio. The menu features rustic and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients cooked over the large fireplace grill or in the wood-burning oven.
