6-1-Pho was started by husband and wife team Lisa Bui & Ian Capotosta.  Ian, a trained chef with a degree in culinary arts combined with Lisa's family recipes passed down by generations, the dynamic duo created 6-1-Pho.  The goal for the couple was to complement the fast casual dining lifestyle by creating quality, healthy and delicious Vietnamese food with the freshest ingredients. All based on Bui family recipes.
